A.N Amir Company
A.N Amir LTD provides turnkey solutions to the customers. The company handles different projects, from exclusive, single item manufacturing to mass production.
The company was founded in 1986 and managed by Oren Ankonina with more than 25 years of professional experience and high skills in the field of turning and milling. Our company is a leading provider of the precision machining, milling, turning of the most advanced CNC machines in the industry. We have the ability and the knowledge to provide a full solution from prototype level to mass production.
Our production capabilities are physically located on over 1,200 square meters in the Emek Hefer industrial park.
About 30 skilled and professional employees work in the company for now. The standards of quality control correspond to ISO-9001:2015.
The company performs machining on various materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, brass, steels, titanium, and plastic.
Our technologies
Machines & Production Departments
A.N Amir production technology operates 22 processing centers of milling centers (Mazak, Okuma, Hass), turning machining centers and an automatic milling/turning (CNC) department with Swiss-Type machines up to 12 mm in diameter.
This unique department has the capabilities to produce precise parts in automatic engraving technology, suitable for manufacturing parts for the medical, optics, aesthetics and dental industries.
The production floor has full air-conditioning control to ensure conformance to the spec. requirements.
The quality department is certified to the ISO-9001:2015/AS9100D standard, and we invest in the advanced measuring instruments — like XYZ and CMM-7 (DEA) measuring center. It is only a part of the equipment the company has. If you would like to see the full list, feel free to contact us.
The programming department uses SolidCAM software in its work. SolidCAM allows receiving files in all accepted formats in the industry.
The assemblies department has the capabilities and the knowledge to make sure that the customer requirements are met on the top-notch quality-level.
